Fiddler’s Bend consists of 39 one- and two-story units built in 1974 – home to full-time and part-time Owners.

Located on sweeping tidal salt marshes and the Amelia River/Intercoastal Waterway along the west side of the Amelia Island Omni Plantation, we are privileged to have a constantly changing vista, lively skies, soaring birds, and moss laden live oaks. The marshes wave their seductive grasses in tune with the rhythms of the sunrise and sunsets, changing colors with the light.

In addition to our spectacular views, our community has a private, gated, well-shaded pool with bathroom facilities as well as an outdoor kitchen with grill. A quiet setting for relaxing or chatting with neighbors.
